Under the HKSAR Government’s Batch III of the Revitalizing Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme, the 4-storey Haw Par Mansion, a Grade I historic building in 1930s eclectic architectural style, will be revitalized to Haw Par Music Farm, a proposed music and social initiative, in 2018.

This revitalization project is to revitalize the existing 4-storey Haw Par Mansion into Haw Par Farm. The scope of works also includes the construction of a 2-storey E&M block, a lift/stair tower and a footbridge.

In this event, members will be guided to visit the site of Haw Par Music Farm. The highlights of restoration of lead stained glass windows, conservation works to external/internal walls, Chinese glazed roof tiles, ceiling features, metal and timber doors and windows, pond and fountain, etc will be briefed.
