Hong Kong's Competition Ordinance will finally come into full effect on 14 December 2015.  Businesses throughout Hong Kong have very little time left to ensure their operations comply with the new law before they risk prosecution.  This seminar will set out the most critical dos and don'ts to avoid falling foul of the new law, with a focus on the construction industry.  During the talk, participants will be given practical examples and scenarios to help better understand the concepts.
