9:00 am – Gather at Metroplaza transport pick up point in Kwai Fong

9:15 am – Depart from Metroplaza

9:30 am – Presentation

10:30 am – Factory visit

11:45 am – Q&A

12:00 noon – Depart from Factory

12:15 pm – Dismiss at Metroplaza

TVSC Construction Steel Solutions Limited is a joint venture between VSC Steel Processing and NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd. of Singapore (a Tata Steel Enterprise).  For over 50 years, VSC and Natsteel have been supporting the construction industry of the region and are recognized as pioneers of automated processing and supply chain efficiency. 

 

Today the stakeholders of Hong Kong construction industry are aware of the advantage of off-site steel bar cut and bend.  TVSC has developed its first automated rebar processing and assembly facility in Hong Kong.  TVSC is an approved off-site reinforcement bar cut and bend supplier for all public works projects in Hong Kong.

 

 

This visit will allow members to see the automatic cut and bend machine and its off-site steel bar cut and bend process.  After the visit, members should understand how the steel supply chain will evolve into a safer, processing efficient and environmental friendly model.
