Paul Pong is the Managing Director and owner of Hong Kong based Pegasus Fund Managers Limited. He was also the Executive Director of China Financial International Investments Ltd which is the largest PE fund listed in Hong Kong (HKEX: 0721) and also the Asset Allocation Advisor of Mass Mutual Asia Ltd (AUM: US$6.39 Billion) since 2005.

Paul has a solid background in managing traditional funds, hedge funds, venture capital and institutional funds such as NGOs and retirement schemes. He is also the Founding Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Analysts and Professional Commentators and the President and Board Member of the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong. Through his decades of experience in the fund management industry, managing both international and local funds, he has earned the respect of the industry and is widely considered as an industry veteran with a unique approach towards fund management.
