The renovation project won Sustainability Award and Idea & Approach Award and was the winner of A&A and Conversion category in the Building Surveyor Awards 2017.

The renovation project adopted a holistic approach on sustainable design, green construction, environmental friendly operation and maintenance to transform an existing store to a green workplace. BIM was applied from design to operation stage which facilitated the coordination between different disciplines by clash analysis and acted as an O&M manual. The project was successfully completed and highly appreciated by the end users. The success of this project was also highly recognized by the industry and achieved BEAM Plus Interiors (BI) Version 1.0 (Platinum) ; Certificate of Excellence of RICS Awards Hong Kong 2016: Sustainability Achievement of the Year ; and Grand Award of Green Building Award 2016 (Existing Buildings - Interiors).
