General Practice Surveyors have profound knowledge in property valuation and conveyancing procedure in real estate market. We assist clients on sale, purchase and letting of a complete range of properties including residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel, investment property and development site. We also act as landlord or tenant's representative to negotiate on sale and purchase, rental review, lease renewal and re-letting of premises.

The services of sale and letting include:
- Evaluate client's property portfolio and advise on the financial viability of any potential purchases or disposals to enhance the value of assets;
- Conduct property valuation, assessment of other sales, rental and prevailing market yield to facilitate a purchase or disposal decision;
- Carry out feasibility studies on development and redevelopment options with respect to virgin land, dilapidated/completed buildings or agricultural land;
- Advise on feasibility of land exchange and modification of lease conditions to realize the development potential of property;
- Provide assessment on premium required by government;
- Make recommendation on disposal strategy by private treaty, auction, tender and exchange of land; and
- Act as an auctioneer and owner's agent in disposal of properties; and give advice on marketing strategy, prepare the sales particulars, purchase reports, auction catalogues, tender documents and sale/lease documents, etc.
