1. LAI Yuk On, Simon (Senior Engineer of Drainage Services Department)
Simon LAI graduated in 1990. He has extensive experience in drainage works including operation and maintenance, information technology management, and the recent project management and development.
He is an Accredited NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract Project Manager. Currently, he manages the works contracts for the Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme (Option C) and the Construction of Dry Weather Flow Interceptor at Cherry Street Box Culvert (Option C).
2. LEUNG Cheuk Lun (Engineer of Drainage Services Department)
C L LEUNG graduated in 1981. He is specialised in construction of engineering infrastructures and major flood control projects in Hong Kong.
He participates in the application of several NEC (Engineering and Construction Contract) Target Cost contracts in DSD, which promotes collaboration, cost saving, risk management and active subcontract management. Currently, he manages the works contracts for the Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme (Option C) and the Construction of an Additional Sewage Rising Main between Tung Chung and Siu Ho Wan and Associated Works (Option D). He also provides NEC advice to 4 NEC Target Cost contracts in DSD. |
