QPFMA is a biennale award jointly organized by the HKIS and the HKAPMC. It aspires to honour and recognize outstanding projects and performers in the PFM industry. At its 4th year, QPFMA 2016 has the theme on “Quality Services . Ideal Lives”. It finished remarkably following the award presentation on 29 September 2016. In order to let more members and practitioners learn the excellent practice and be aspired to seek a higher standard for the industry and the community, the PFMD of HKIS likes to organize a half day CPD visit to some of th e winner sites covering the following:
apm is a 630,000 sq. ft. shopping mall located right next to the Kwun Tong MTR station, managed by Kai Shing Management Services Limited and owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Its special name means a.m. and p.m., day and night, Play More Sleep Less. It has long business hours from 06:00 to 02:00, and a trendy and playful appeal.

Lok Fu Market offers a brand-new shopping environment designed to cater to the needs of different age group families, after it re-opened in late October 2013 following an extensive renovation. By transforming an outdated and dilapidated wet market into modernized fresh market, which offers new tenant mix and enhanced synergy with adjoining shopping centres. At the same time, it has preserved an iconic element of Hong Kong culture.

Exchange Tower strives for creating a sustainable working environment for tenants, with a tranquil green balcony integrated into every office floor lift lobby and the unique Sky Garden on the 15th floor. Various eco programs have been launched to engage our tenants in green living, including the development of a Hydroponics Farm and a Book Corner for book exchange
